What this site is

Luton Local is a noticeboard. We pass on listings; we are not the employer, landlord, seller or agent, we don't check that listings are true, and we never handle payments. Any arrangement you make is between you and the other person.

Posting rules

• Only post things that are real and yours to offer.
• No listing may exclude people by race, religion, nationality, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or because they receive benefits. "No DSS" and similar wording is unlawful in the UK and will be removed.
• No weapons, medicines, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, counterfeit goods, live animals, or second-hand car seats and cot mattresses.
• No upfront fees of any kind from jobseekers or tenants.
• No spam, no duplicate posts, no adult services.

Moderation

We may hold, edit, hide or remove any listing, and suspend accounts, without notice. Listings that go unconfirmed are paused automatically — they aren't deleted, and you can relist them at any time from your account.

Liability

We provide this service as-is and free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from anything you find here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Job listings from other sources

Some vacancies are collected from public job feeds and employers' own sites. We show a short summary and link to the original, which remains the property of whoever published it. If you're a publisher and want a listing removed, contact us and we'll remove it.
