A local board for the Luton area: jobs, rooms and things people are giving away — with an honest answer about whether each one is still going.

Where the jobs come from

Twice a day we collect vacancies from public job feeds and, more usefully, directly from local employers' own recruitment systems. Those employer-direct listings are first-hand and often appear here before they reach the big job boards.

We show a short summary and send you to the original page to apply. We are not a recruiter and we never take applications ourselves.

Why listings show a status

The most annoying thing about every other board is applying for something that went weeks ago. So every listing here carries a status, kept current three ways: the person who posted it confirms it, other members confirm or report it, and we check automatically whether application links still work. Anything that stops being confirmed drops out of search rather than sitting there wasting your time.

What we don't do

• We never handle money, deposits or payments of any kind.
• We don't vet employers, landlords or sellers — please read Staying safe.
• We don't sell your details, and we don't run ads that pretend to be listings.
